About Arkellah
Embodied spirituality for courageous, heart-led living
I believe transformation begins when we become willing to meet ourselves deeply.
To listen to the body. To honour what the heart is asking for. To question the patterns, stories and ways of living that no longer feel true. To create enough safety within ourselves to soften, enough courage to tell the truth, and enough trust to begin choosing differently.
Seven Stars Temple grew from this understanding.
My work weaves embodiment, sacred practice, feminine wisdom, ritual, energy healing, ancient teachings and courageous inquiry into spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and explore what is ready to shift, deepen or emerge.
I am a Senior Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Water Priestess, Blue Lotus ceremonialist, sacred journey guide and founder of Seven Stars Temple. Alongside my spiritual work, I have spent more than twenty years working with people, communities and organisations through change, engagement, leadership, environmental stewardship and complex transformation.
These worlds have shaped each other deeply.
I have learned that meaningful change needs more than inspiration. It asks for presence, honesty, relationship, courage, good listening and the willingness to remain engaged when something becomes uncomfortable.
That understanding sits at the heart of everything I offer.
The Seven Pillars of Seven Stars Temple
Embodiment
Come home to the wisdom of your body through movement, breath, stillness and deep listening. Embodiment creates greater presence, intuition and self-trust.
Safety + Wellbeing
Transformation is held through choice, consent, personal agency and respect for your own pace. Physical, emotional, energetic and relational wellbeing remain central.
Courageous Inquiry
Meaningful change asks us to meet ourselves honestly. Brave questions help reveal what is ready to shift and what wants to be lived more fully.
Ancient Wisdom + Sacred Mystery
Goddess traditions, Egypt, ritual, symbolism and sacred teachings offer pathways into deeper reflection, remembrance and relationship with the sacred.
The Living World
Healing deepens through relationship with water, land, animals, community and the Earth. We are part of the wider living systems that sustain us.
Environmental Stewardship
Sacred relationship carries responsibility. Stewardship invites us to care for land, water, community and future generations through conscious choices and meaningful action.
Lived Transformation
Spiritual practice becomes powerful when it shapes how we live, love, choose, lead and create. Transformation becomes something we carry into everyday life.
