Arkellah's Story
I am Arkellah, founder of Seven Stars Temple and Goddess Yoga. For more than a decade, I have guided women and men through healing, embodiment, spiritual awakening, life transitions, leadership, reinvention and deep personal transformation.
My work spans yoga, meditation, energy healing, sacred feminine teachings, mentoring, coaching, retreats, teacher training, ritual and pilgrimage. Across these spaces, I have supported thousands of people to reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner knowing, release old stories, navigate change and move towards lives that feel more alive, aligned and meaningful.
One of my deepest gifts is creating sacred space.
I know how to hold a room, a retreat, a temple experience or a private session in a way that allows people to soften, listen and enter the deeper layers of themselves. I love taking people into the mystery, into those places where the rational mind quietens and something more subtle can be felt: intuition, remembrance, grief, truth, beauty, connection, the sacred.
I also bring a sharp and grounded capacity for inquiry. I can often hear the question underneath the question and gently bring attention to the pattern, fear, belief or story that is shaping what someone is experiencing. Sometimes one potent question can open a doorway that has been closed for years.
Over time, I have watched women change the course of their lives, create businesses, write books, develop new offerings, step into leadership, leave situations that had become complete, trust their creativity again and inhabit their lives with greater confidence and grounded power. Through more than 10 years of teaching yoga and embodiment, I have helped people feel safer, stronger, and more at home in their bodies. Through healing and mentoring, I have supported people in moving through emotional blocks, life pivots, and periods of profound uncertainty. Through retreats and sacred journeys, I create spaces where the ordinary noise of life can fall away and people can reconnect with what feels essential, sacred and true.
My own path has always moved between the mystical and the living Earth.
I trained as a marine scientist and have spent more than twenty years working across water, environmental stewardship, community engagement, leadership, collective impact and complex change. I have walked alongside First Nations people and communities through listening, engagement and shared work, experiences that continue to deepen my respect for Country, ancestral knowledge, relationship and responsibility.
These worlds have taught me to see transformation through connection: between body and spirit, people and place, personal healing and collective wellbeing, the inner world and the living systems that hold us.
I remain deeply committed to the study of leadership, consciousness, human behaviour and lasting change. I am endlessly interested in what helps people move beyond old patterns and into a more courageous, heart-led way of living.
At the centre of everything I offer is an invitation to remember your relationship with the sacred, with your own inner wisdom and with the web of life you belong to.
Step into the Temple with me.
Lotus Love,
Arkellah
